VAS 18-1700FC Speaker Driver

Before the Vas drivers we had 8 void/pd/Turbomax drivers and we were verry happy with them. We played for years many sessions with these drivers. After that we tried the Vas drivers and the difference between them is immense! First of all I love the look of the Vas drivers. It looks ruff and tuff but is verry clean made. Next to that we compared 2 vas drivers to 8 Turbomax. The result was crazy! The 2 Vas drivers where louder and gave more pressure than the 8 Turbomax drivers. Also the warmth and depth in the sub/bass of the Vas speaker is remarkably better. Now we have 8 drivers and played on festivals and other sessions. The result is insane every where we go people complimented us for the quality and pressure of the sound. Until today we even couldn’t get to the full potential of the drivers before risking to destroying the rest of the drivers in our sound. So get in touch with vas audio. There costumer support is on point!

Hello! This is Adub Jacob Sound System, from Cáceres, Spain (@adubjacobelectronics)
We have a reggae and dub sound system and were looking to increase the power of our DIY super scoops by changing the speakers.
We're specifications freaks, and after searching and comparing many speakers, VAS gave us the solution we needed. These speakers are truly perfect for super scoops.
We had never heard them live, but it wasn't necessary; those technical specifications were enough to make the decision. There's no other option on the market, or at least we haven't found it.
The build quality is excellent, and they fit perfectly in the speaker cabinet. The packaging is robust and unbreakable. The service was fast and friendly.
But the most important thing came a week later. The first test left us shocked. These speakers were the only change we made to our stack. Same power amps, same preamp, same cabinets. It's amazing to hear. A few minor adjustments and measurements to coordinate them with the rest of the system, and we're good to go.
The sound is deep, clean, and very very powerful; the notes are perfectly distinct, and the sound pressure is amazing. These are definitely the ideal speakers for our system. The excursion is incredible and makes the difference.
Without doubt, THE UPGRADE WE NEED. Give thanks to Vas Audio for sharing their knowledge and creation with the sound system community.
