Cancellation policy
At VAS Audio, we design and manufacture professional loudspeakers and speaker components, including made-to-order and preorder products. This policy explains how cancellations and changes apply to different purchase types available in our store.
Right of Withdrawal (Consumers / B2C)
Consumers within the meaning of §13 BGB have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and §312g BGB.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal in any of the following ways:

- By email: Send a filled-in form to support@vas-audio.com, including your order number and a clear statement of your intent to withdraw.
- By post: Send a filled-in form to: VAS Audio GmbH, Emdener Str. 105, 50735 Köln - NRW, Germany
We will send a confirmation of receipt immediately upon receiving your withdrawal request submitted via the online form.

Please note: Many VAS Audio products are manufactured to order and are excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal under §312g(2) BGB. See the sections below and our Refund Policy for full details.
Preorders
When you place a preorder, you are reserving a product that is currently in production or temporarily out of stock.
- Depending on the product, we may collect a partial deposit or the full payment up front.
- Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an update with the estimated dispatch date.

Made-to-Order & Custom Products
Many VAS Audio products are handcrafted and built to order.
Because these items are produced specifically for you, cancellations are only possible within 14 days of placing the order.
After that time, the production process begins, and we can no longer accommodate cancellations or changes.
Custom products (such as personalized coatings and engravings) are non-refundable once production has started.
Standard Orders
For products available in stock, you may cancel your order before it has been shipped.

Subscriptions & Try-Before-You-Buy
At this time, VAS Audio does not offer subscription or try-before-you-buy programs.
If such purchase options become available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
