Applied by hand in our workshop, polyurea is heated to 75°C and sprayed onto the cabinet for a seamless, long-lasting finish. We sand and fill any surface imperfections beforehand, ensuring a smooth, high-quality result, making us one of the few small businesses in Europe offering custom polyurea coatings for speaker cabinets.

First fill out the form and upload photos showcasing the current state of your cabinets. Once we provide a quote and you approve, you can ship the cabinets to our workshop. You will need to prepare your cabinets by stripping them down to the wood frame (removing all drivers, handles, wheels, and hardware) before sending them out to us. After completing the coating process, we will ship them back to you.

To ensure a smooth process, cabinets should be stripped down to the wood frame. This means removing all drivers, handles, wheels, and other hardware. Cabinets that are not properly prepared may result in additional charges or delays.
Uploading clear photos from all sides, including close-ups of damages, helps us assess the condition of your cabinets accurately. This allows us to provide an initial quote and determine the necessary repairs before coating.
You are responsible for arranging the transport of cabinets to our workshop. After the coating process is complete, you must either pick up the cabinets in person or agree to a shipping quote provided by us. Due to limited storage space, cabinets must be picked up or shipped within one week after completion. Additional storage fees may apply for delays. These details will be included in the quote.
We will assess the damage based on the photos you provide. If needed, we will sand, fill, and repair minor damages as part of the service. Significant repairs may result in additional charges, which will be detailed in the quote.
