We provide custom-made honeycomb grills, available in HV8.66 and HV10.66 sizes, designed to your specifications. Crafted with a standard material thickness of 1.5mm, our grills are manufactured with stamped edges and customized screw positions to ensure a perfect fit for your setup.

- Quote Process: To receive a quote, please fill out the form with precise dimensions of the grills required for your cabinet. After reviewing the provided dimensions, we’ll send you a quote.
- CAD File Fee: For initial orders, we charge a one-time CAD design fee of €75. Once the design is finalized, any reorders of the same grill design will not incur this fee.
- Design Confirmation: After accepting the quote, we’ll send you a copy of the CAD design to confirm all details before production. Please, make sure you ESPECIALLY double check the screw positions.
- Production Time: Production begins after your confirmation, with a lead time of 4 weeks.
Standard Finish: Double-sided heat-treated and black powder-coated for a durable, high-quality appearance.
Custom RAL Colors: Choose any color from the RAL color system to match your aesthetic. RAL colors offer standardized color codes, ensuring consistency. For color selection, please refer to a RAL color code converter. Note: Custom colors are outsourced, which may extend delivery time.
- Our grills are made-to-order; we don’t keep them in stock or offer them by the meter.
- After production, we'll deliver your grills via UPS directly to your doorstep.
