We provide custom-made honeycomb grills, available in HV8.66 size, designed to your specifications. Manufactured with a standard material thickness of 1.5mm, our grills feature stamped and clean, professional edges, and customized screw positions to ensure a perfect fit for your cabinets.
Each grill is professionally manufactured in Germany to fit your exact specifications. We do not stock pre-made sizes or offer them by the meter. Our grills are machine-cut using high-grade materials, ensuring a clean, professional finish.
Small orders (e.g., 1-2 pieces) will have a higher per-unit cost due to production setup fees. Larger orders benefit from lower pricing per unit.
Required for first-time orders to create an accurate custom design. This fee is waived for repeat orders of the same design.
FAQ
- Quote Process: To receive a quote, please fill out the form with precise dimensions of the grills required for your cabinet. After reviewing the provided dimensions, we’ll send you a quote.
- CAD File Fee: For initial orders, we charge a one-time CAD design fee of €75 + VAT. Once the design is finalized, any reorders of the same grill design will not incur this fee.
- Design Confirmation: After accepting the quote, we’ll send you a copy of the CAD design to confirm all details before production. Please, make sure you ESPECIALLY double check the screw positions.
- Production Time: Production begins after your confirmation, with a lead time of 4 weeks.
- Delivery: After production, we'll deliver your grills via UPS directly to your doorstep.
Standard Finish: Double-sided heat-treated and black powder-coated for a durable, high-quality appearance.
Custom RAL Colors: Choose any color from the RAL color system to match your aesthetic. RAL colors offer standardized color codes, ensuring consistency. For color selection, please refer to a RAL color code converter. Note: Custom colors are outsourced, which may extend delivery time.
Our custom front grills are professionally stamped and precision-cut using specialized metal fabrication techniques. Unlike hand-cut or DIY solutions, our grills are manufactured by a German industry-leading company that specializes in metal fabrication. This ensures:
- Clean, accurate cuts with no rough edges.
- Stamped borders on all four sides, giving the grill a professional, finished look.
- Consistent screw positioning, so the grills fit perfectly without adjustments.
- High-grade material (1.5mm-thick steel) that is heat-treated and black powder-coated for long-term durability.
Because of this specialized production process, we do not keep standard sizes in stock—every grill is custom-made to your specifications.
Custom metal fabrication has fixed setup costs that remain the same whether you're ordering 2 pieces or 50 pieces. These costs include:
- Material preparation and machine setup for your custom design.
- Precision stamping and cutting, ensuring clean edges and exact screw placements.
- CAD design file creation (€75 + VAT one-time fee for first orders) if it's a new design.
For larger orders, this setup cost is distributed across multiple units, making the per-unit price lower. However, for small orders (e.g., 1-2 pieces), the total setup cost remains the same, making the per-unit cost higher.
If you're considering a small order, we recommend increasing the quantity where possible to get better value per piece.
